Kristal Moreno’s Controversial Gown featured on UK, US Fashion Week.

Kristel Moreno may have reaped criticism and bashing after wearing the black see-through beaded gown during the 8th Star Magic Ball, but the international fashion scene is digging that same gown.

The gown, created by the internationally acclaimed Filipino fashion designer Rocky Gathercole, was featured in London Fashion Week held last September 12-16 in London and just recently, it ramped on the catwalk in the Phoenix Fashion Week held in Phoenix Arizona last October 2-4. 

The gown, according to reports, will  be worn by Jennifer Lopez.

Rocky has already designed gowns and costumes for Hollywood stars Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.
