Host-actress Amy Perez announced that she will marry her long-time boyfriend Carlo Castillo during her morning show “Umagang Kay Ganda,” aired earlier today, October 10.

Amy Perez announced on Friday that she will soon tie the knot with her long-time partner, Carlo Castillo.
"I'm just very happy to share with everybody itong bagong journey sa buhay ko. Ayaw ko talagang maiyak. Alam naman ng lahat ng tao kung ano ang pinagdadaanan ko,” exclaimed Amy.

“So I'll be taking on a new journey sa buhay ko and I'm very, very happy to be sharing it with you guys. Kasi after 15 years, ito na ang hinihintay ko. Akala ko nga baka 60 (years old) na ako ikasal, at least hindi naman. Yes, oo sa wakas [ikakasal na ako].”

Carlo is the father of Amy's two youngest sons.


"This is another journey for me and Carlo, together with our boys, of course. At napakahalaga nito para sa aming dalawa ni Carlo, and siyempre para sa mga bata,” she relates. “'Yun talaga ang priority namin, 'yung mga bata. Kasi naman, eight years na kami together so we are very happy and so blessed na finally, it's happening.”
