VIDEO | It's Showtime "Stars on 45" Contestant Falls Off Stage.

Charito Miguel, a contestant on the Stars on 45 segment of the noontime show "It's Showtime" on Wednesday, fell while performing the Pussycat Dolls hit "Buttons."


Miguel, 58, was a former member of the Sangkatutak band along with veteran singers Richard Merck and Ivy Violan.
