Marian Rivera to play on GMA's Wonder Woman?

Is Marian Rivera going to portray the role of Wonder Woman on GMA?

Despite a lack of press release or promotional plug from her home network, Marian will most likely star in a Philippine version of Wonder Woman.

The alleged fantasy-action series will possibly compete head-to-head with the Kapamilya network’s “Darna,” which is expected to be portrayed (due to “insistent public demand”) by Angel Locsin.

While ABS-CBN announces its acquisition of Mars Ravelo's classics including the infamous Darna character, Kapuso primetime queen who once played the famous Pinay super heroine on primetime TV is officially leaving her Darna costume in favor of world famous fictional DC Comics super heroine Wonder Woman.
