Kylie Padilla stars in the upcoming GMA-7 series, Adarna, where she will play the role of a young woman with a pair of bird wings.
Reminds me of the old Kapuso series Mulawin but I’m sure this one will be different as this one’s more of a love story between the bird girl and a normal human being.
Kylie has three leading men in Adarna - Benjamin Alves, Mikael Daez and Geoff Eigenmann.
She has worked with Benjamin before in Unforgettable and she has the same manager as with Mikael. Among the three, it’s only Geoff that she’s not familiar with. The two however, have seen each other at the gym but Kylie admits she’s still, in her own word, “nangangapa.”
“Nag-taping na kami, dalawang araw pa lang yata. Okay naman, nangangapa pa rin,” she told pep.ph when asked about her working relationship with Geoff. “Actually, nakasama ko na siya sa gym, so, wala na masyado yung wall.
Pero siyempre, para maging kumportable ka sa isang loveteam, kailangan matagal. Para sa akin, matagal talaga. Kailangan mong makilala at ma-build yung trust. Nandoon pa lang kami.”
