The 35-year-old dad is a reggae singer in Boracay, an island he describes as: ''Maliit na isla na puno ng tinatawag na 'sorpresa.'''
Asked how he got into reggae, the dreadlocked, barefooted performer said his mother used to sing Bob Marley while doing the laundry.
''[Noong] maliit pa ako, kasi 'yung nanay ko na naglalaba 'yung kinakanta po is 'Three Little Birds.'''
Meanwhile, Coach Apl.de.ap was so impressed that he even requested to jam with Baldo, which was later on joined by the other ''Voice'' coaches.
