Stars of "The Voice Kids," including Champion Lyca Gairanod, have Started Work on ABS-CBN's Theme Song for its new Christmas Station ID.

Gairanod, along with runners-up Darren Espanto, Juan Karlos Labajo and Darlene Vibares, had a recording session on Sunday for "Thank You, Ang Babait Ninyo."

The song's chorus gives a new spin to the popular Christmas carol. Part of it goes: "Kaya ngayong Pasko, ang blessings ko'y kayo / Thank you, thank you, ang babait ninyo."

ABS-CBN earlier released a teaser video of passersby at Plaza Miranda in Manila announcing on a microphone who they are thankful for.

"Thank You, Ang Babait Ninyo" will mark ABS-CBN's 12th Christmas station ID following a string of hits that paid tribute to the Filipino sense of community and spirit amid disasters.

ABS-CBN has yet to announce details of the new Christmas tune, including the release date of its full-length music video featuring stars and news personalities of the network.
