The Miss World 2013 grand coronation night happened September 28 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center in Bali, Indonesia.and Miss Philippines Megan Young was hailed as Miss World 2013 in the 63rd edition of the said pageant.
Megan Young made history as the first Miss World winner from the
Philippines. The 23-year-old actress and film student bested more than
120 candidates from around the world to seal the country's very first
blue crown.
With Megan's win, the Philippines became the very first country in the world to conquer all grand slam crowns, following Mutya Johanna Datul's victory in Miss Supranational 2013 a few weeks ago.
