The Christmas season won’t be complete without a new theme from the Kapamilya network.
And for this year, it’s the Top 4 finalists of “The Voice Kids” bringing life to the song, “Thank You, Ang Babait Ninyo.”
The lyric video for the 2014 ABS-CBN Christmas Station ID was uploaded on YouTube yesterday, Oct. 16, with “The Voice Kids” champ Lyca Gairanod, together with Darren Espanto, Juan Karlos Labajo, and Darlene Vibares as interpreters.
With lyrics by Lloyd Oliver Corpuz, Love Rose de Leon, and Robert Labayen (“Star ng Pasko”), and music by Station ID Ambert and Marcus Davis, “Thank You, Ang Babait Ninyo” highlights the importance that Filipinos place on gratitude.
As the chorus goes, “Kaya ngayong Pasko, ang blessings ko’y kayo. Thank you, thank you, ang babait ninyo.” The official video for the Christmas Station ID will be launched next month.
