Kapamilya Hunk Actor Paulo Avelino Open to Work with Ex-Girlfriend LJ Reyes.

In an interview with PEP.ph, actor Paulo Avelino says that he does not see anything wrong working on a project with his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child Aki, LJ Reyes.

"Wala namang problema sa akin. Kapag maganda ang project, why not naman, 'di ba? 

Pero mukhang malabo lang ngayon kasi,” he says.  “Basta maganda lang ang istorya.”
Their reconciliation was greatly inspired by their desire to become good parents to their three-year-old son.

"Sa akin kasi ang importante, more than anything, ay kung ano ang nararamdaman nung bata. Happy ako na mas gumaganda ang relasyon namin ni LJ ngayon,” he explains. “Kumbaga, anything tungkol sa bata, wala kaming hindi pinag-uusapan.”

He adds, “Sa ngayon, sinisigurado ko na 'pag may ginagawa siya o naglalaro siya, lalo ko siyang pinapasaya. And I make sure na meron siyang natututunan na values. Bilang ama, siyempre yun ang gusto ko, 'yung lumaki na full of good values si Aki.”

Paulo also echoed LJ’s expression of support over his friendship with actress KC Concepcion.  Paulo notes that he would give the same level of support to LJ in case she finds her “Mr. Right.”

“Kahit naman siguro kung sino man ang makatuluyan ko o makasama ko habambuhay, ganun din naman siguro ako sa kanila,” he stresses. “Kapag nahanap na niya [ni LJ] ang taong para sa kanya at makasama niya rin habambuhay, I'll be giving her the same support. She's giving me that support and I'll do same sa kanya.”
