Ex-PBB Housemate Valerie Weigmann is now the Latest Representative of the Miss World 2014.

Valerie Weigmann, 24, snagged the Miss World Philippine crown last night, October 12 at the Mall of Asia Arena. She will represent the country for the upcoming Miss World beauty pageant to be held in London this December.
Valerie bested among all the contestants when she confidently answered the question why she should have the Miss World title. She also won 10 out of 18 special awards.

"I believe in the importance of empathy and compassion because I see, if all of us can all come together, we can all be advocates of change. And I want to inspire and encourage everyone to take up personal advocacy,” she says.

Last year’s Miss World title holder is the Kapamilya actress Megan Young. Will she pass on her crown to a fellow Filipino on the Miss World coronation night on December 14?
