ABS-CBNmobile subscribers can now chat and call all they want using
their smartphones as a result of a tie-up between ABS-CBNmobile and
Kakao Philippines.
By using the Kakao Talk communication application, or comm app, subscribers, even without WiFi access and data load, will be able to send free messages and make free calls using their smartphones.
“Now ABS-CBNmobile subscribers can use Kakao Talk to chat as much as they want and make a voice call and talk all they want to anyone, anywhere in the world,” said ABS-CBN Convergence Inc. president Carlo Katigbak.
“And it will be completely free. All you need to do is make sure that the people you communicate with also downloaded the Kakao Talk app. And if they’re also using ABS-CBNmobile they will also get to use it for free,” he added.
Nandy Villar, head of marketing, ABS-CBNmobile, said that there’s nothing better than unlimited and free.
