Broadcast journalist Karen Davila features the rise of popular fragrance company Zen Zest Asia, which was born in a psychology graduate’s home kitchen this Wednesday (Mar 19) in “My Puhunan.”
Zen Zest founder and president Michelle Fontelera began experimenting with chemical formulations to make fragrances and lotions with the help of her chemist when she was just 23 years old.
In her kitchen, she began experimenting with different chemical formulations. Michelle was encouraged that she could get rich by selling fragrances after she earned P21,000 from her first 300 samples of homemade raspberry and melon scents.
At 37, Michelle is a certified mega-millionaire with over 100 Zen Zest outlets in malls nationwide and other Asian countries. How did she do it?
From Michelle’s success story, Karen also shows viewers how veteran actress Sheryl Cruz makes money on the side with her paper weaving livelihood program and business. Through the program, Sheryl is able to help mothers who earn money by creating bags, wallets, purses, backpacks, at gadget cases from old newspapers.
Doris Bigornia, meanwhile, features tomorrow (Mar 18) in “Mutya ng Masa” the heartwarming reunion of a father and his daughter who were separated for 17 years.
Don’t miss “My Puhunan” this Wednesday (Mar 19), and “Mutya ng Masa” tomorrow (Mar 18), 4:45PM on ABS-CBN.
