It was indeed the ‘best ending ever’ for ABS-CBN’s light romantic drama “Got To Believe,” after the Philippines’ top-rating series became the most-watched program in the country last March 7 and even swept eight out of the top ten trending topics on Twitter worldwide.

“Got To Believe” ended its more than six-month run on ABS-CBN, the Philippines’ largest multimedia conglomerate, on a very high note, hitting 38.6% in national TV ratings or almost triple its rival program’s rating of only 13.6%.

The show’s success was also echoed around the world via Twitter with hashtags such as #G2BLastMagicalNightand and #KathNielBestLoveteamEver trending online.

“Got to Believe” was such a big hit in the Philippines because of its light and romantic storyline brought to life by teen stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, who happen to be the the Philippines’ most sought-after young actors and on-screen tandem today.

The two have a cult-following among young Filipino fans thus, the show not only trended on Twitter every night, it also consistently won the ratings game and beat rival programs in its primetime slot.
